I do Christmas bonus as well. Its based on what they made for the year. Then we have santa come in and we do games for cash , laptops stuff like that. In fact I just gave away two (2) round trips for two to Vegas at the Hard Rock Hotel and $500 in spending cash for each trip. Gotta treat your folks right or they dont stay. Beside, nothing happens without them.... nothing. I am blessed to have great sub contractors in my company. In May I did a Big Screen TV, GPS and 2 camera's too. Now I do Packer tickets for them as our company owns season seats in Greenbay. They love that one!
