Your pm is off. There might be alot of people upset with him, and they may have every right.  But the whole group of cross connection did me right when I worked for them.  I would work for any of the three partners tommorrow if they needed me and I had to travel to make a living again. And thats Duck included.  He treated me with respect as well as the others, and payed me well and faster than I have ever been paid. But search his name on here.  I think Duck is out. And I hope he gets everything straight. Good luck to him
