Re: Need advice

Thanks to all you guys for your insight into this situation!  Moving the house closer to the dish is really an option for later, as I am rebuilding the old home here.  The dish is, however, in the only spot on my property which has a view to the birds.  I will seriously consider getting power over to the dish, as a power source is closer to that spot.
My situation is also influenced by a lake.  Here, the dish is at the lake, while the house is 350' away at another point on the lake (without the LOS). Big hill and lots of trees in between.  We'll get it figured out, especially with the tips you all have provided.
Let's say you want to build a BIG house, but you don't think you'll need a foundation..........
