Looks liek teh makings of a total cluster fk. I would wait and let others go dip there toe in teh water bf venturing anywhere near this . There are tons of DTAs to be done so waiting a few weeks to see whats up and who is legit wont hrt you and they will all still need people. Being first in on these type of jobs is not always a good thing. Just my 2 cents
