Heard bad things about him but I did some easement wreck out for him all the same on the Florida gulf coast. Got paid for every foot so he's okay in my book. He also put us up in a nice high rise condo he owned, had a tiki hut bar and beautiful bar maids. Went and saw him at his joint a couple times and he bought the drinks.
