They really take you for a ride now altering work orders, leaving certain payable line items out... so if you are rushing and dont call and fix items on an upgrade you basically lose they pay out. I am fedup its time they start paying us more. We are to their beckoning everyday and how do we get repaid... GPS Trimble and Speed write ups. We still dont make a dollar for showing up to jobs that people arent home at. I did the search of my real pay out. I make 18 an hour... yes.... it says on the scorecard I make 22.46 an hour.... you might think you are making good money but your really not, by the end of the year I don't make what other guys are making. I am already planning on being a subcontractor... I am running as far away from this company. They don't care much for the proper pay outs and I will be a monkey's uncle to keep working for them. Its time I benefit myself. I understand, I really can't fight back because they will win. I can only hope the voices of many can bring an uproar to the policies they place on all of us. I feel imprisoned, reason why I am running the gate down. 6 years and no bonuses and nothing to make you want more.... means time to try again. I thought I was doing good for myself... but they keep on bringing me down.
