Maybe you should be looking at the CIA instead of the State Department then, since you claim it was a CIA Annex, the State department has nothing to do with the CIA, they report right to the Director of National Intelligence, not the Sec of State.
Also, according to everything I have seen, the Seals were killed at the consulate, not some annex where make believe missiles were mysteriously being stored....
Again, looks like a conspiracy theory, since no real news organization has even hinted at this, not even Fox News.
