R&R Work:  Raise and Run, a lot of unknown factors to just throw you a number, such as: You can not J hook DE,Curve,T's, is it bucket Road/Hook Easement, trees, mid span drops, traffic flaggers, do you need a floating ground on new strand when pulling out, do you reuse the old hardware or replace, can you DE into same bolt as old system or do you place new hardware, can you work regular hours, Can you overbuild the old system if you have NESC space.  Put you a 2 man crew and pick up out in front of your strand crew to raise all curve/DE/T's if your reuse of old hardware.
