Because of high level on LOW channel. ( CH: 2 to 7) some system requires the installation of a EQ at the last multi tap. This EQ should be the same value as the EQ installed in the next L.E.
By doing this you eliminate the chance of beats in the return section of the CATV-HFC system, also call CPD (Common Path Distortion).
