To all you contractors just getting by...hang in there, the MSO's have to start doing some grades/rebuilds. I see where Cox Cable has started with fiber to the home, a small project but still moving in the right direction, that is-Elimination of Coax Cable, Switch to Fiber. Everything is going wireless, so why not consolidate some nodes into one wireless pocket.
Cable MSO have always been the leader in getting infotainment to the end user, however Ma Bell/ goggle and the likes are knocking on MSO doors. Cable must change and do it fast to keep their subscribers. My prediction is a major sell out/merger by MSO's to these other Networking companies. Can't beat them...................just join them.
