Nothing is black and white, you are speaking of absolutes, that is the views of an extremist, which proves you are narrow of mind.
No human is born with hate or evil, these are things that are learned, it is not religion that causes these things, or lack of religion, it is society that is the cause, no human is born religious, on the contrary, most humans are born scientists and explorers, it is human nature, especially at a young age, to answer questions and explore your environment. It is religion that is taught to children that hinder their reasoning, if humanity were given the means of learning, with out religion, we would be far more advanced than we currently are. Just in the past 100 years, since religion has started to falter, look how far we have come, from barely having electricity, to the smart phone. Imagine how far we will be in the next 100 years. Now multiply that by 2000 years....that is where we could be if Christianity were not holding humanity back.
