I would consider them Christians. The root of Christianity is to believe in the one true God and that Jesus is the Messiah. Just like all religions Christianity has spread to different doctrines, or styles of worship, but the root remains the same. It seems to be human nature for people to form tribes, so it is not my place to judge them, but the most important thing in Christian worship would be the foundation. That would be, the way to know God is through Jesus Christ.
