Noise on 30mhz US carrier

I work in a small system with 8 nodes. Everything is Motorola from headend to eol. Seeing what looks like a hump of ingress at 30mhz on all but 2 nodes. The "hump" varies in size on each node. most nodes are 3 or 4 cascade if that helps. I can get noise out of the rest of the spectrum but not 30mhz. Any ideas would be great. Ill try and put a screen shot or two up later. Thanks.
