Well they lost in the court, appealing saying the Judge didnt look at the facts.. Well three judges reviews it and ruled they are employess and dont know what happens next? What can Knight do now? The Department of Labor and Labor Lawyers filed briefs in support.
If you are a company doesnt matter Cable or Sat.. You need to change your business or face the same ruling and being a target when you screw your work force and treat them like an employee.
