I was talking both RG6 and hard line, I used 6' as an example. Regardless of the cable size or frequency there is a reflection at every connector, what matters is that the connector was put on correctly and if possible there is enough distance between connectors to knock down the reflection. You still have to use your head a little, every application is different.
