Yes,

IF you own a company that does work in telco systems you can subcontract work from larger companies. This means you have a special capability and are ready to submit a bid.

IF you arrive at a CATV lot or one of the sat systems and THEY let you know you can be a contractor..........no taxes, mon!  Do run and hide. IF you have to ask your question....you need a little more INTRO to BUS 101.
