Time is always running out, from the moment of birth, you are closer to death, and there is no life after death, I have never seen a ghost or have one tell me there is a heaven, a hell, or in between, no one has died, spoke to god, then came to life. I have never lifted a rock or found on a tree that said "Made by God".
The images and flashes people see during a near death experience is caused by lack of oxygen to the brain, which causes flashes of light and hallucinations.
Instead of beating on the previous poster, you should embrace that he respects your views, and you should respect his, but instead, you again try to force your beliefs on someone, Christianity is the only religion that attempts to force their beliefs. I have yet to meet a Muslim, Buddhist, or even a Jew, that attempts to force people from their belief system. Why is it Christians feel they must? I think maybe its because they are self conscience, they are constantly begging for acceptance, begging people to join them, instead of respecting the many other, older, religions in the world.
Maybe its the old saying, misery likes company. Or maybe, if you get everyone to believe your lies, they will eventually get people to think they are true, so Christians try to get everyone to believe their story, hoping to give it creditability.
Or maybe...and this is very plausible, its money, Bible says to give 10% of your earnings to the church, the more people you get in the religion, the more money you get? If all else fails, follow the money.
