logic innovations tsm-1000a USER MANUAL

I am looking for a logic innovations tsm-1000a USER MANUAL. This is the first time I have seen this brand or model of multiplexer so I am not familiar with it. Just trying to help a fellow cable guy with his headend but this equipment appears odd to me .. maybe a lil outdated?         Either way I connected to it and was unable to find the settings to change output PID info ect. I hope getting a user manual will clear some things up.
