Re: Head end interference

Its a vacant lot that he is maintaining.  He is a commercial lawn care guy.  I'm trying to find out the brand of the weed Eater, but it is a big commercial style.  Has a motor on it the size of a chain saw.  12" cutting path.  Wondering if this would fall under section 15 of the FCC rules.
