I use to work for Siecor/Corning. I actually own a Corning 7000 series splicer and a Mini mass. But you cann't beat these 60's and soon 70's. Also there is word that Corning is going to stop there own splice machines. Sorta like their test units are EXFO's with yellow bodys instead of the blue. Before I bought my last two 60's we demo'd them all Sumi, Corning, Fitel and found that the 60's were best fit and bang for the money.
