small company or not if they are getting paid by the mso and not paying you that is complete crap. Thats selfish and uncalled for. If they are getting paid and cannot afford to pay for a line item, then sounds to me like they better get more techs to support their invoicing and not hurt the hard working people that are keeping all of them employed.
I personally would look elsewhere, good luck and happy hunting.
