I didn't think he wanted to be the prime. but it is true you move over state lines your MVR is clear. That depends on if that state talks to the other state too. I have ran into this situation. In matter of fact most backgound checks will only check 2 states. the one your in and the one you moved from. It is interesting the things you discover. Of course if you have any felony your pretty much dead meat.
