I was issued one last month, i don't like it, its "wiggly" when your climbing, its had recalls on the pole V.  It is light, i just dont trust it like my old ladder.  If they have side pulleys it takes 4-5 pulls to achieve 18-20 ft working height.  all in all i would take my old heavy ladder back if i could
