What does it matter where the project is or who the managers are its still the same company with the same owner who knew what his managment was doing, and if february was before your time you have no clue what your getting yourself into. Just to put that in perspective that project had 6 different "managers" on it and everyone of them said the same crap you are does Bear have a hand book or put on a pre employment class to give you all the skills to try and make people your screwing over think its a good deal or what???...........
