ever heard of ric rambo? is he a good dude?

thinking about working for rick rambo is he a good dude, he sounds a little funny or odd on the phone? HIS PHONE NUMBER IS .  i believe its allied cable or allied communications or some nonsense.   believe he begged his way into a new wave contracts( probably takes 10 percent hold from the mso......yada yada.), he needed some salespeople out there becauce he was worried about losing the contract if he couldn't get the sales needed.   i don't understand why new wave would't hire a profesional contractor that could has about 40 reps that could work there areas profesiionally.  any news?
