Hey I was there in Lexington @ that time and remember Mr. Noel very well seems to me he told VirteK they needed another office set up and they sent the money to get everthing up and running and he did "Disappear" as did the FUNDS  "WOW" like you said I don't see how he sleeps @ night.....................
