Directv or Dish Network?

Curious from those of you who have installed both which you feel is the best way to go. I have done Directv but not Dish and wondering if Dish is full of same headaches as Direc , such as phone line non responders etc.. And what is going rate for Dish Network installs in Boston, Rhode Island area. There are a couple companies looking for contractors for both. I know what going rate for Directv is, is Dish generally the same? I appreciate any input you all may have...Bill
