Are you saying the on call headend tech needed permission to swap a laser during an outage, that is one of the most absurd things I have ever heard, talk about micro managing to a fault, I bet the OCM on the phone has never seen the inside of a bucket in his life, corporate jokers drive me insane, are you looking for work in MA now?
