You are wrong again. In 2011 the State Dept. submitted a budget for the Worldwide Security Protection Program asking for 1.803 billion for embassy security, construction, and maintenance. This is whats called a starting point for negotiations. Congress cut out some of the waste, like money to remodel offices, and increased security in places like England, to 1.425 billion. The Dems in the Senate then countered with a proposal of 1.537 billion, and Congress agreed. It was the Senate that passed it, and it was the State Dept's job to use the money appropriately. The only one's spinning here are you LIV's and your liberal leaders!
PS. This may come as a surprise to you Democrats, but this isn't about money, IT'S ABOUT POOR LEADERSHIP!
