Sue them in civil court get your judgment then got tonthe court house and file a " Judgment lien Certificate"
After you have the certificate you can go to the sherriffs office and have them repossess prperty from the respondent, pick a truck a machine you like its your call to value it. But usually once they get served that should get them calling you up pretty soon. Works for me.
