Is Unitek (UNTK) the next General Fiber or IFCI

Their stock has cratered by 2/3rds in the last few weeks.  Financial fraud at their Pinnacle wireless unit.  Notice of delisting from NASDAQ.  Numerous class action lawsuits.  What is the scuttlebutt on the ground.  Have Wall Street and the hedge funds disrupted thousands of technician lives again.
