Re: Need Experienced Technicians BUT........

Isn't this a simple situation?  If you are not going to get paid what you feel you are worth, do not accept the job/position.  Go out and look for another job.  I know I am taking the simple route here, but why spend so much energy fighting for something that is not worth the fight.   Just my opinion.
If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem. Quit being part of the problem!
