All I am doing is telling u dont come out here thinking that 4000 in your pocket will happen because it will not..I have been in this line of work for 18 years I came with 2 good guys and i feel that 800 ft per day with a 3 man crew would be tops if u r lucky.do the math you go in the hole .making them money is all thats going to go on.looks like to me like over 75% will be hand dig...If u still think you can make money at lease leave your tractor at home u wont need it here..oyea prepare to pay over 1000 a month for a room for a double.and its a dump with bed bugs.I am just posting this b ecause I wish someone would have given he heads up before 3500 dollars spent ...
