I am so sorry to hear this. I have heard from another individual on this forum that was also looking for Ed, who had also been ripped off. I did not know people were saying he had been murdered. Given what I'm finding out about him, it surprises me that someone HASN'T murdered him by now. I do know that some guy was after him when he was living at the hotel (Suburban Extended Stay on I-35 in Dallas), which is where I first met Ed while we were staying there in mid-2011. The guy was texting and calling his phone with threats almost constantly. It was enough to scare Ed into going back to Abilene.
When Ed popped up again in November 2011 (the last time we saw him), he had been driving a cab and living in Abilene, TX. Kind of funny since the whole premise of his lawsuit was that he had been completely disabled and rendered unable to work by the accident. Once a scammer always a scammer, I guess.
