IF you accept the shit that is offered as pay you must not have exoerience. IF you decline the shit that is offered you know your worth from past experience....but are too expensive to hire. The subcontractor has zero experience and has bid himself into a hole.
Wait for the next bid solicitation to fix what went wrong with the work the inexpensive guys did.
