My partner worked for them for years,and is very satisfied with being paid what he was told.  And several friends whom has also worked for them years are also very satified. I have only done a few jobs for them. All are satisfied they have been paid what and when they told.  Sorry for the guy that lost his, probably the supervisor or a conflict between what was expected vs what was delivered. Its not always a bad work issue. Ours were straight up.  Good luck
