You use to give people 12 channels on an install and they actually thanked you for it. I remember having people coming out to the poles and bringing the whole crew icetea and food while we were building the plant. Asking when they could be hooked up, we did everything from build it to installing it. 500 trunk, 412 feeder, 59 drop off a presure tap.
Now a days they soon as shoot you for being on the pole. 
If everyone is thinking alike, someone isn't thinking.
