Do it! There are so many of these scumbags out there ripping techs off. It's nice to see someone else taking a stand and doing something about it. I'm in the process of serving 22 homeowners with mechanic liens for sat work not being paid. If more of us would take this time consuming yet necessary step, it might curb this from happening in the future. I was hoping the moron I'm dealing with would write a bad check so I could have his a** thrown in jail. Keep us posted and good luck.
