My company also had the same issue with them, in winter of 2011 we did over build projects for WOW, it took about 4 months minimum to get paid, and it was still short over 4,000  Had to basically do the same "tap dance" on their desk.  Had to call every single day, and go to the office time and time again, was promised one of the checks, took about 4 checks in total, than they charged for restoration, that everyone knows can not fully be done correct until "Spring".. they sprinkled some seed, and charged over 2000.00... my best advice is stay away!
