Well the union did a horrible job of getting you uverse techs a good contract! But it has gotten better! But let's be honest the unions are now on there heels with high unemployment. Companies are still brutual and without the union we would be getting paid peanuts! AT&T still has revenue over 110,000 billion a year, they could easily incorporate uverse techs into the wireline contract. But corporate greed rules the world! But still if you can stand the hassle a uverse tech has a pretty good job by today's miserable standards! I am winding down my 36 year career now, feel sorry for all you young guys!
