Very familiar with the Charter Comm in Texas, by far the worst MSO managed company i have ever dealt with and worked for, leaving names out, quality of work, project turnup and overall good work is not what those wanna be managers want, what they do want is MONEY and that is all they care about. I personaly know they truly only care about the almighty dollar and treat any and all contractors(ie service partners like crap) keep the worst, let the best go, and so on...............questions you have to ask is why, who benefits from this mentality, i promise you not their customers thats for sure......
