Re: legal question

Thats what im thinking however I just got an email from him stating ive paid a balance have 
A balance due by a deadline, if not paid then he will file charges. I dont know what sort of game hes playing or what to expect but Im thimking if he tries any funny stuff I have this email
To bavk me up. Ive asked him to revise it to protect us both and not just him. 

Again I say:  never agree to put your name on any bank account "ever"!
Im paying 1, 430.00 for absolutely nothing. All because I paid employees on time.
