Using drones in a war zone to kill the enemy is legal, whereas water boarding has been considered torture and is against the law, so any lawyer will tell you it is legal to use drone strikes to kill an enemy target, but illegal to water board them, because water boarding is considered torture.

When did the ACLU say they did not support the 2nd Amendment? The right to bear arms is not the issue, no one is taking your guns away, get a grip.
Big business is usually full of corruption, most, not all, feel they can use power and money to influence (Koch brothers for example) anything they want. Like another poster said, follow the money. Unions were initially designed to protect workers, they initiated the 40 hour work week, overtime pay, vacation, child labor laws, work safety, etc etc. Not to say they are not corrupt also, I'm sure they are. Power corrupts, Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
