Winn Caribe no longer exists, they made the mistake of trusting someone with their company and he stole right from under them and fired the original parters that decided to stay on. They were acquired By CoreNet Services which din't work out then re-formed under Beacon Communications and the thief who did all the shady deals ran what was once a good outfit to work for into the ground.
