Not being familliar with modulation techniques used in this European Standard, ask the source. Remember that digital broadcasts are higher in power per megahert, even when amplitude is lower. Be sure to measure with the correct gear and settings. The biggest risks of overpowering would be distortions and/or laser clipping, especially when using FP lasers.
