Depends. If you're doing scheduled pick ups... then that sounds about right. When I did these as a tech, I got 10 for the first, then 5 for each additional... didnt matter what it was.  I would just call the CX and tell em to leave em outside. Hidden, of course.

If you are doing unscheduled collections, then that sucks.
