Guns are already 3D printable. Go to defcad.org and download the file for the AR15 lower. The lower is the actual "gun" as far as the ATF is concerned. All the other parts you can buy online without going through an FFL dealer. Downside is the lower only fires about 80 rounds before failure using SLA resin for printing.
