The real issue here is that Charter is not paying their Primes. I have been on a sweep job for 3 months and the Prime has not been paid a dime.
I am sure Allcom was promised 30 days out on the pay and instead it is going to be 60 to 90 days.
We did some Power Supply work for Charter in Alabama 5 months ago and that Prime has still not been paid.
