If it is Mastec my advise is to stay away and RUN back to cable.  Grande has always had good rates for their contractors.  I worked contract for Grande in Waco with T-Comm and it was a great gig, very good rates on piece pay, but the problem was that there were too many contractors so not enough work.  I went to work for Mastec and that was the biggest mistake of my life.  The only good thing that came out of it was that I was able to get my cert through them for Satellite.  Pay was terrible even though they promise you the world.  Was only getting a couple of upgrades a day paying $35 no matter how many receivers they had.
