   That's obviously a receiver problem, and the fault of Directv corporate. It is no surprise though if their policy is to try to charge the technician. They have techs over a barrel in this economy. You could successfully fight the chargeback, but they can fire you. They know techs will pay for $200 dressers in order to keep their jobs. It's part of why I got out of satellite.
